Patient information

All patients coming to the hospital for admission or for laboratory, imaging or surgery services should enter at the main entrance of the hospital. Patients will be discharged through the same location.

During your stay

What to bring:

  • Insurance card(s).
  • Driver's license for identification.
  • Doctor's written orders (if available).
  • List of current medications.
  • Bathrobe.
  • Slippers or nonslip socks.
  • Sleeping apparel.
  • Toiletry items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, brush or comb, and other personal hygiene items.
  • Expectant parents: Bring an outfit for baby's trip home and an infant carrier.

Print and complete the "Hospital Admission Checklist" prior to your arrival. This is also convenient to carry around with you so you can share useful health information with your doctors and healthcare providers.

Don't worry if you forget something. Our staff will see that you have what you need to make your hospital stay comfortable.

What not to bring:

  • Jewelry.
  • Money.
  • Electronics.

The hospital is not responsible for damaged or lost items. If you wish to have your valuables placed in the hospital safe, the staff will help you make arrangements.

Patient meals

The Café is pleased to work with you and your physician to provide delicious and nutritious meals during your stay. You will be able to choose the food you want from a restaurant-style menu. Simply call the number provided on the menu, and your meal will be delivered in 45 minutes or less.

If there is a special day, such as your birthday or anniversary, during your hospital stay, we will be happy to provide you with an individual cake to celebrate your special day.
