Description:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Medical-Based Fitness Lead to help lead fitness programs designed for individuals with medical conditions, injuries, or those in recovery. In this role, you will assist in developing and leading safe, effective fitness sessions while collaborating with a team of professionals to support participants' health and wellness goals. No prior experience is required, but a passion for helping others and an interest in fitness and rehabilitation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading fitness sessions focused on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
• Support the development of individualized fitness plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Ensure participants are performing exercises safely and correctly.
• Provide encouragement and support to participants throughout their fitness journey.
• Maintain accurate records of participant progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Work with a team of fitness professionals to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
• Stay informed on basic fitness and wellness practices to enhance your role.

Essential Skills & Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of fitness principles and exercise techniques.
• Strong communication skills to interact with participants and team members.
• Ability to motivate and encourage others in a fitness setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Team-oriented with a passion for helping others improve their health and fitness.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience or specific education is required.
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or rehabilitation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to learn quickly and follow safety guidelines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
