Description:
Summary: The HR Receptionist provides support to the HR Generalist and HR Director as needed including, but not limited to:
- Answering phones, greeting and providing assistance to all customers that need Human Resource services.
- Processes and provides a variety of critical information for staff including applications, transfer sheets, enrollment forms, and other confidential forms.
- Assists in scheduling appointments and interviews as needed
- Check new hire references
- Coordinate and schedule New Hire process
- Prepare hire and orientation packets as needed
- Coordinate orientation by managing scheduled speakers
- Build employee personnel and health files
- Ensure day to day filing and scanning is kept up.
- Assist in completing and maintaining file audits
- Follow up with managers and employees on items missing from file
- Plan hospital events and morale boosters
- Book employee education reservations as needed
Education Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills a must
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
