Position Summary: The Registration Team Lead’s main role is to coordinate and supervise admitting personnel at all points of service to ensure the patients are being properly registered and processed for their services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following-

  • Supervise and lead the registration team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Support team members with daily tasks, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues.
  • Ensure all visitors and clients are greeted in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and report preparation.
  • Completes daily monitoring reports and/or worklist.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.
  • Onboard new team members, providing training on customer service, office protocols, and systems used at the front desk.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements: Associate's Degree (A.D.N.) from two-year college desire. 5 Years previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
